Can't create a New Catagory of products

When I go to add a new category of products, it takes me to it, but when I type in the new category name, it messes up and doesn't add it. Has there been maintenance going on?

Hello,

No, there has not been maintenance. I just logged into your builder and was able to add a category successfully. Can you try again? If it is still not working, what happens on your end? Does it give an error message?

Thank you. It took several tries and I ended up changing from Microsoft Edge browser and going to Internet Explorer, however, it added the category Figurines twice and when I go to delete one of them, it freezes. I haven't added products in that category yet because of the category showing up twice. Also, I was trying to change the Category Décor over to a Subcategory of For The Home but the screen froze there, as well. Is there a way you can delete one of the Figurine categories for me, and change Décor to a Subcategory for me? I'm on a new laptop so I can't figure out why I'm having any issues with the screen freezing on me.

Ok I'm glad. One recommendation I would have is to change browsers. Microsoft Edge is not the best browser to use and Internet Explorer hasn't been supported or updated by Microsoft in 3 years. I would recommend Google Chrome or Firefox.
