can't cancel services

Hello, I am trying to close my account and cancel all my services, but there is no chat, no direct email and when I click on the 'cancel all services' button in My Account, I get a prompting message saying 'to cancel ring the number 1800-710-1998' to which I try and the call is automatically ended. I need a member of staff to respond quickly to this and assist me in this matter please. Thankyou, M.Catalano

Hello,

I can assist with closure of your account. I do want to verify this will remove all websites from showing online. This will also disconnect any domain names registered with Homestead and the domains will not re re-registered upon expiration. This will also disable any email addresses with your domain names. Is it okay to proceed with closure?
