Hi there -- I'm posting here because I could not find a way to submit a support ticket. I'm updating the DNS records for a client. They have requested I add two CNAME records from NationBuilder in order to authenticate their messages sent form the site.

Homestead is returning an error when I enter the record names ("s1._domainkey" and "s2._domainkey"): "Please enter a valid host name, which can either be an alpha-numeric string (like "abc123"), or * for your CNAME Records."

Since your DNS CNAME rules are outdated, how can I get around this?

Thank you,
Serina

At this time the only option would be to use alternative nameservers and update all the records in the new nameservers. Cloudflare.com has a system that scans the current DNS and allows you to look and confirm they came over correctly if you aren't sure of the editing, but there are a number of free nameservers you can use.
