i can log in but the emails in my inbox(or any box) do not load. the arrow up top just keeps rolling over and over and over. is this just intermittent and i can expect it to work shortly, or is this system wide, or just me? help please. i need to use my email. thank you.

We cannot access our email either on two computers, and every other site works great! hope they fix soon

Mine is not working either and I can not get any one on the chat? It has not worked correctly in a few days but will not connect at all this morning

Mine is also down. I've tried on my laptop and on my IPad. Then it generates an error report that won't send. LOL!

Only the email module is down, I still have access to my calendar and contacts.

ok. just restarted my computer and now i'm in! perhaps a cookie issue? or just coincidence? either way it works now but i must say we need a better email platform. this one is simply the worst-from the migration, to lost emails, to permission issues/deleting folders, missing features, log in difficulties and on and on and on. i think i'm just going to start my own company ;)

Sorry for the email issues you are having today. I've just learned that there has been a DDoS attack causing some issues. I'll update this page with the current status as I obtain more information.  October 14, 2014 - Email performance issues.

what is a "DDoS attack"? anything to really worry about? like a hack or worse? or just sit and wait it out and the problem is over my head?

A DDoS attack is basically a malicious attack on a server, where the server is flooded with illegitimate traffic, causing slowness and other issues. You'll find a good explanation here:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denial-of-service_attack
