Can't access e-mail!!

I'm unable to access my e-mail account john@jagfin.com for nearly 3 days, and have important e-mails waiting for me - can you tell me if there's a problem with my account??

It appears as though your email account was sending an excessive number of emails. They system automatically changed the password. Please scan your computers with an updated security program to make sure there is no spyware and then change your password to one you have never used before. Then you should be able to log in
