I have recently purchased a new Laptop with Windows 8 and I'm using Internet Explorer (previously used Firefox). When I login I can still access my inbox and other folders but when I try to reply to an email or compose a new one I receive the error message "Page Cannot be Displayed". I hope someone has a quick solution for me. Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,

Welcome to the Community!

Sorry for the frustrations. Unfortunately there are still some bugs between Windows 8 and the Zimbra mail server. I tried looking into Zimbra's forum, but it doesn't appear they have a fix for it yet. A couple suggestions.

1. When you go to the basic version from the drop down menu.

2. I've heard firefox typically works better than IE. Do you get the same problem using that browser?

3. If all else fails, you could try syncing your email to Outlook or a different 3rd party email provider to send and receive emails.

Again sorry for the frustration.

Hi I just downloaded windows 8 on my wife's laptop what a mistake, but anyways, she logs into her email.(which goes through zimba I believe?) when she tries to open an email it says it can't access the page. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm using the Explorer browser but I'm on windows 7. I can't understand how I can access my web site but can't access a reply page to send email. You can blame Windows but the problem resides within the Homestead/Zimba email application.
Often time I can't even compose a message.
Please let me know your thoughts.
