I'll post the link to our article with the correct settings for email clients like this.
I see from the screenshot that you are using smtp.yourdomainname which is not what we need you to use. Please go through all settings and correct them:

Hi Elyzabeth and thank you for the reply.   Just so I'm clear...the incoming is now imap.homestead.com and the outgoing is smtp.homestead.com - not our domain name (plagidoswinery.com)?
