Cannot send emails from my account

I am able to receive all emails but not able to send out emails from my account.

Hello,

What email address are you using? Also, are you connected to a 3rd party email client such as outlook? If so make sure all the settings are correct to connect to our server. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/email-client-settings

ive checked all settings. Everything is setup correctly. Still can’t send an email.

I was able to send an email from Roundcube so the mailbox is working. If it is not able to send only I would recommend double checking the outgoing username and password. I know sometimes it says optional but our server does require it. If it is auto-filling the password remove it and reenter the password just to be thorough.
