Important pictures and they are coming in rotated. I'm trying different ways to rotate them back and not available. I tried turning them before importing and that does not work either.

ROTATE IMAGE:
Some newer cameras add code to the image orientation. Sitebuilder settings are overwritten by this code. You will need to use image editing software like Microsoft Paint to open the image and then save it as a new image with a new name and upload it again. Try: http://www141.lunapic.com/editor/.

ROTATE AN IMAGE:
If you're using SB+, you can try to rotate the element using Image Settings > Adjust Image > Rotate Image. You can rename the file, using png, jpeg or gif, prior to importing. Use paint to rotate the image prior to importing, if needed. This occurs with some phone images, etc.

Correct, if you look in the file manager, you'll see the images that are sideways. You'll need to take that image to an editor like pixlr or Paint and then re-upload it. This happens a lot with images taken on phones, especially iPhones.
