I have a billing issue, BUT....Homestead's number listed in my email renewal notice yesterday for renewal questions is 1-800-710-1998. When you press 2, an automated message says you are being placed on hold and would you like to complete a survey at the end of the phone call, then you are put on hold, no  music, no additional messages, just "static" FOREVER. No one comes on line. When you type in the webpage they list for renewal issues, you get an error message stating no such page exists. I have tried multiple times and rechecked everything and still get the same result, which is to say NOTHING..Please contact me as soon as possible.

I am sorry Mark. That is the right number and I just called and option 2 worked for me, so I am not sure what is happening. You can also hit option 1. For the most part agents handle all aspects of your account. You may also post your question here and we will be able to answer you.

I don't know how much my service is.  Over years I have continually been giving error messages about anything.  In particular uploading a video MP4 or WVA.  Why is there always a 'service error message?  Once I'm able to use your services I will be happy to pay for them.

If you are receiving an error uploading an *.mp4 file, be sure to remove any special characters just in case this might be causing a problem. As far as the latter, a *.wva file is most likely unsupported which is why you would be getting an error.
