Can you get in to Sitebuilder? If so, go to the file manager and find that page and click the download button. It would seem your local copy may be corrupted. I downloaded your whole site and that page opened up for without error.

You may have to Google how to show hidden folders, but go to C:\ProgramData\Homestead\Homestead SiteBuilder\data\user\Sites and then look for a folder called, _1750346497. Rename that folder to _1750346497bak. Then launch Sitebuilder for that site. It will take a while because it will need to download the published site, but that brought a good version of the page for me.
