Just signed up. Went to Websites Manager to create my site. Clicked the choose design button. Picked a template I wanted to work with , hit "select" but nothing happened. No other options, no change...nothing. Even went so far as to hit the add a new site button to see if I could go that route. Same thing. I really need a website but if this is the way things are... I won't be here long!

Not sure the steps you mentioned? In website Manager Select Green Cross ( New Website) then you have to give your website a name ( you can change it later so just pick a working title) Once name shows in address box choose add this site.

You will then be asked to Choose design., click on that button and the templates will appear

Find the design you like, click on select design and then confirm selection.

Then the Websitebuilder will launch and there's your website.

IF you are following these steps and still not getting anywhere then it will need to wait for Monday when the tech guys come in here or you can contact customer services.

Hi bmooney, you might have to clear out your cache, (website history) it sometimes clears up any slow situations. Other than that contact Customer Service at the number Brian gave you.
