cannot access cloudflare without Authentication Token and they never send the token

 My website is shadyoaksmustangranch.net.  I received the email re: Cloudflare sign up on Aug 14 and followed the directions, edited the name servers, etc.  My site is still not HTTPS and I cannot access Cloudflare because to sign in I need an Authentication Token which they never send and I cannot start over because I am already in their system.  I cannot access their support because I cannot sign in.  Now what?

Is the email you set your account up to, one that is connected to your domain?

I'm sure I gave them the address related to the website, but I cannot access Cloudflare to even check if there was some kind of typo because I cannot get the token to get access.

I just asked them to send a password reset and didn't get that code either.

Thanks for the info - here's an update.  I got to thinking maybe it's me - so I sent a test email to and from my website email address as well as my home address.  They show up in the Homestead email Sent file, but are never received in the Inbox.  I'm going to switch to email inquiries.

So I think what is happening is your email might be down in the process of the Cloudflare set up, so you cannot get the emails Cloudflare is sending you. We might have to set your nameservers back to ours to get your email working so you can get into Cloudflare (I would recommend then changing your email to something other than a Homestead email) and then start the Cloudflare process again.
