Would somebody from Homestead please cancel the SimpleStore add-on that I ordered? Thank you.

Drew, I appreciate your help. The store Icon still shows under our main website's back office. It has never worked, but the icon is still there. We were also billed for the store, but never used it--never could use it, actually. I tried but it kept telling me I had to "add it on" after we initially added it on. So, can we get a credit for the first billing? How do we know we won't be charged again this month since the icon is still in place? Thanks.

It look like it was removed, but then it was added back on by someone logged into your account on Oct 7th. I've removed it again and you'll see a credit on your account.

Well, my husband and I both have written to billing several times over the last couple of weeks (within 24 hours of adding SimpleStore) regarding cancelling the store. Our SimpleStore has not been cancelled AND we are being billed for it.

Can someone cancel ours for us?
