It is confusing because you've posted the same question in two separate posts. I am waiting for more information from you, at this point.


My question on the other post was:

"Ok, I certainly understand. We can definitely get this account closed. Before I do, are you still using the domain smutrailers.com?
The reason I ask is because I see you have it pointed to a new site at Wix, but the domain is still registered with Homestead. If you are still using this domain with your new IT people, closing the Homestead account will bring your site down."

Wow this must be on purpose because my cancel button isn't working either but all the other buttons work. frustrating

This was definitely not done "on purpose"
It is an error we are already working on the fix for. I do see that you called in to close your account. Let me know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Same here. How to do call Homestead? Can't find a number anywhere and want to cancel.

If you ever want to call Homestead, the number is 800-710-1998. If you ever need it and don't want to try to find this post, you can Google Homestead customer support.
I do see your account is set to close and you will not be billed again. What is the reason you are cancelling your account?

We recently changed the way customers can cancel their account by adding
the option to "close before next bill date" instead of close
immediately. We do know of the current bug where it doesn't allow you to
click the button to cancel. It does allow you to opt out of
future billing, which will close your account a few days before it is
set to bill again. We are actively working on fixing this.


I can definitely close the account out for you. What is the reason you are looking to close your account?
