can you tell me why the abandoned cart feature that Big Commerce offers is not available to homestead users?

I was under the assumption that when storefront users transitioned to Big Commerce we would have access to all of the features. I received an email that offered a feature called "Abandoned Cart Saver", only to find out that that feature is not available to Homestead users. What's with that? Are there other features going to be withheld, or is it that I was approached by someone other than Homestead?

On the community site, I would also like it if BC users could have a search feature for strictly BC issues. I get tired of sifting thru 300 topics only to find down in the thread somewhere that this issue does not apply to the platform I'm on. Should I just use the BC help aids?

It sounds like you may have received a solicitation from someone else. Bigcommerce offers 5 or 6 different plans but we only offer two. I'm sorry the feature you are asking about is not available.

As far has finding the help topics, we have tried to make them as easy to search for as possible. On the home page of the site, You'll see Storefront/Bigcommerce category that shows you nothing but BC help topics. Also, when we post help topics we try to use titles and phrases that people would search for. If there's a topic you can't find, feel free to just create a brand new post and ask your question. If there's an existing topic, we can merge the post, or just answer your question directly.
