I actually used my brother card to register the domain..now his card was chaged automatically and he is very mad at me. I no longer need the domain/account and I would like to get a refund and cancel the subscription. the domain is gurusfiles.com

Sorry to hear that - no problem! You can definitely cancel.

Upon looking up your account, it looks as though you were able to speak to someone on the phone to close your account.

I need to cancel this account. I can't find "account" in the right corner anywhere to follow the instructions to cancel. This is very frustrating!
