Can I create a form that users to my site can input their name, email addresses, etc., (I know that is a yes), and on that same form allow them to upload and send a photo file for example?  That piece I was not sure about.  Our preference is to create a photo contest and drive it through our website, but we need to make sure users can include such a file with their information.  Thank you

Yes, if they're able to add an attachment to their email. You can download the image and upload it to your site.

Ok, thanks.  I don’t need to put the image on the site (just winning images).  Just to clarify I understand the answer, a user comes to my site, wants to enter the contest, clicks on the form and completes the fields on the online form, one field of which is a photo file.  They can attach their photo file to the form and click submit to send their form entry which comes to my email address.  The email I receive will include the information they entered online including the photo file (or files if multiple).

Hello,

The contact forms that Homestead provides would not allow a visitor to upload an image to the form. I believe what themeilman was suggesting was to have the participant attach the image into an email they generate and send directly to you. You may be able to find a HTML code online that will allow this function and add that code to your site but it is not something that can be done by default.
