Can’t send or receive emails

I cannot receive or send emails anymore through roundcube. It says “unable to perform operation. No free disk space”. I just upgraded to 10GB, but I still receive the same error. My mailbox wasn’t at the standard quota (500MB), but I went ahead and upgraded to 10GB. And I still can’t send or receive emails. Please help. I rely on email for my business. I was sending and receiving emails fine on Monday (04/01). I changed my password as well, hoping that would solve the problem but it didn’t help any.

Can you log out of mail and clear your browser history. Then log in and try. I was able to send and receive and it shows you at 4%.
Do you have plenty of space on your C drive?
