Can send emails but can't receive them

I set up a new email account for an employee on Friday and was told it would take 1-2 hours to be active. As of today, I still cannot send an email to this new account without it getting kicked back with a message that the address can't be found. How can this be fixed???

Hi Kristen, I will make the assumption you have an email suit that allows you to set up multiple email accounts. Sadly this will need the attention of one of the Homestead techies who will be back in here Monday morning.  Can you send from the new account just to check the addy is correct. Alternatively you could try Customer Service 1 (800) 710-1998

I'll get with customer service again today. Unfortunately I've already been in contact with them twice and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I hope it can be resolved today.

Kristen, I see you contacted support. You can use Google Apps for mail, but we can also give you DNS records to use our mail service. They choice is yours.
