Can send but not receive emails

I can send but not receive emails - from info@aintreekennel.net.

I have reset the password.
I have deleted and remade the email account (I did receive the welcome email from homestead but nothing else)
I have tried from both Roundcube and set up the account on my MAC (imap.homestead.com). Same issue.

We lost incoming emails about 5 days ago, and this morning I realized the Domain contact information had not been updated since I took over the site a few weeks ago. I have updated it, but still no incoming emails....

Please help this is vital to our business

It appears the DNS may have been adjusted, do you use email with Homestead? If you do, we can change the DNS back to the default DNS to get this working. Let us know.

A batch of emails arrived this evening, so it looks like the DNS has worked its way into place. 

But I cannot get forwarding to work - I have tried a couple of addresses but always get this error

"An error occurred and we were unable to add the mailbox info."  

Any suggestions?

We had to fix some permissions in the back-end, but I was able to get the forward attached.

rigdoninc7646, I am not seeing anything being blocked. What kind of trouble are you having? Is there a specific address or addresses that are sending to you? Is there any bounce back message? I did refresh your DNS settings as well.

Receiving emails. I use outlook to manage my homestead email account (amy@rigdoninc.com) and I'm getting the error:  

Task 'amy@rigdoninc.com - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. 

 I've been doing this for years and it has not been a problem before....nothing was changed on my end.  Any other suggestions?  I've tried to troubleshoot thru outlook with no luck.  Sending emails is no problem.

Can you log in to webmail at https://emailmg.homestead.com/roundcube/ and see if the messages you expect are there? What version of Outlook are you using? Is it set as POP or IMAP? What are your settings for incoming server and port?

A confirmation email was sent to your @lycos.com email, are you able to check that email to confirm the change of email? If not, you may have to send a picture of your government issued photo ID to compliance@homesteadsupport.com. Provide the domain name that is affected as well, and they should be able to assist with resolving this domain suspension.

No I went in and changed that last week because we no longer use that email.  It is bblawnandlandscape.com   Email is olivia@bblawnandlandscape.com  I will send a picture of id over shortly.

I am having same issue. Cleared ALL e-mails and box is 0% full. Can send but not receive. Inbox empty.

Anthony8077, I replied to your topic. You do not have your email pointed to Homestead. You must update the DNS at your domain host. Please review the other topic and reply if necessary.
