I can not upload photos.  Keep getting this message.  How long till this issue is fixed?  Like usual I called the number, but nobody answered.

In this day and ago, support for a website should be 24/7.  It's no longer a local economy.  Online commerce is worldwide and never sleeps.

I'll be honest, this is exactly why I dropped homestead for my ecommerce and started going through Bigcommerce directly.  Been using homestead for almost 10 years and the biggest problem has always been customer support.

Heads up to everyone, problem only happens if you try uploading through homestead directly.  If you use sitebuilder desktop you should be good to go.

Use Chrome, I did and it worked.  I was using firefox.  The problem is I have a old vista machine that works great with everything else I including speed on the internet but not with homestead.

We have noticed there is an issue with a recent Firefox update, and uploading from Chrome is the current recommendation. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Development is aware of the problem. You may be able to get around the issue by loading the File Manager and importing the file. If not, the current recommendation is to upload with Chrome.

Development is aware of the issue, but it does appear that Firefox had a recent update and they are becoming more restrictive with their Javascript. You may also try to import the file from the File Manager.
