can not access my website

I had lost my website last week and you guys restored it for me from (thank you). however, now I an not able to access it to edit it. I am getting message about synchronizing files between local and published sites and to chose which one. Neither one of the link works. Please advise asap. I was going to keep our clients updated on the office closures during hurricane Dorian.

The way to approach this is to look at the published version first, go to the live website and if this is the information you want, select the check box to apply my choice to all files remaining, then click download published copy. If, for any reason, that does not work for you, I can attempt it from my end.
