I used my Snipping tool and saved a snip as a PNG. It will not let me use the picture. It says the file is invalild.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Hello,

You can use a PNG file, if it is rejecting for invalid, it is referring to the file name. You will want to rename that image from your computer to something short and simple, only using alphanumeric names. No spaces, periods or special characters are allowed to be in the name. Once you rename it, re-upload it with the new name and that should work.

Use free software to convert your .png file to a .jpeg, then it will work.
