Can I transfer my entire email account from Zoho to Homestead's provider, and is that provider Open Exchange?  If not, who is it now?  Would I lose any info?  How would I do a transfer?  I would need very specific directions, or have someone at homestead do it for me.

We can't pull the contents of another provider's email to our system. You could use a program like Outlook to setup a POP email and download all mail from Zoho to your computer. Then you can switch the mail service to Homestead and set up your email accounts. Add an Outlook IMAP account and you should be able to drag your downloaded email back to our server. For details on how to do this, you would want to look at the help for the email client you choose. For Outlook, it would be Microsoft, but there are other email clients.

our Webmail service is now using Roundcube. Your domains seem to be registered with us. To switch mail service back to Homestead just go to your domains tab and click on Advanced DNS settings. Then scroll to the right and hit edit. Then reset all to defaults. There will be some propagation time for the mail, but it should not take too long. It is conceivable that some mail might miss you, but this can't be helped when changing DNS.

It looks like you already created the email addresses with us, so that will help as well.
