I’m trying to create a form that does the following. A user enters a number, which the form uses to calculate a number, and then the user has to click on a box to agree to it. Is this possible?

It is not with the built in tools. You might be able to find a 3rd party form builder that can do this, but you may also need to see if it can be coded by someone.

I used to be able to add custom form features. Why did they take it away?

You can customize the built in forms, but thinks like check boxes, drop downs, and radio button have not yet been added.

I've been making websites with sitebuilder for years. I've been able to do several custom forms with check boxes, radio buttons, and more. Now I can't do anything but a contact form? Why? Those features used to be there. The new "upgraded" version has no features at all. In fact, I can't really do anything with it. I guess it's time to switch after 12+ years with Homestead....

The new builder has many great features. There are some things that we have in development to continue to improve it. There are also options to use something like Jotform.
