My Roundcube Webmail is linked with my Outlook Email.  I received a message from Roundcube stating that my box was 95% full.  I deleted all messages in my Inbox, Sent, and Deleted folders.  I had no idea that this was also going to delete the emails from Outlook!  Help!  This is my business account and those emails need to be recovered, if possible.

Hello Pam9411

We can put in a ticket to request an email restore, however this is a service you would purchase. You would be charged a one time $50 fee. Is this something you would like me to set up on your account?

Oh no! Well, I can put in the request again. One recommendation to avoid this issue in the future, you can upgrade your storage instead of deleting content to make room.

You currently have 500MB.

You can upgrade to:
2 GB for $1/month
5 GB for $2/month
10 GB for $3/month

The emails should have been recovered. Can you check on your end and see if they are all there?

Also, please increase my account to 10gb immediately. Thank you!

You might need to go under settings again and turn on the folders you want to display, but I do see that the emails are back.
Also, I did upgrade the storage on that box. It will add $3/month.

I am not  pam9411 but found your information very helpful as I have in the past deleted an entire folder that I shouldn't have... 1 year later I'm OK but for a few months I was worried...
If I do another dumb thing it is nice to know I can get it back
