I can't get to my website to update it. I get a pop-up that says Synchonize Files with two options: download the published version or local version. Nothing happens when I click on either one. My website is still under construction and has never been published.

It is likely asking to sync different files. Unfortunately, a recent update has caused this on some accounts. We recommend you select keep local on each one. You will need to go through all the files it needs.

I'm getting the same thing happening.  I too have thousands of files.  And of course these guys don't work on weekends.  It was a lot better when it was Intuit!!!!!!  These guys are horrible when it comes to service, and since Homestead took over I've had nothing but problems.

Also I noticed that if I select "View local copy" I get this error message: 500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

But if I select View published copy, I can see the page.

Do I really have to click on all of the thousands of files?  Or will this issue be resolved?

Janis1021, Log out of Homestead and clear your browsing history. Then try again. You may need to sync. If you have a problem, tell us what site and page.
