this refers to office.live.com which demands $365 to sign up - no way.  I am looking for a free if not very inexpensive way to obtain HTML5 coding
Thank you
but not practical

pptx files require that you have Powerpoint to view. You should be able to save a Powerpoint as an mp4 and add the file as a video to your page.

Hi Elizabeth1673

What is the file type of the video you are trying to add?

Need to wait and find out since my man has not converted his power point presentation into a video.  Asking ahead, fearing demand will be for immediate uploading!  Hoping video will fit with Homestead design.  Thank you

Fair enough Elizabeth1673
One other thing I wanted to mention. If you do have trouble with this option in SB+, I recommend taking a look at our newer builder, Website Builder. If you were to build your site there, you still wouldn't be adding the Power Point directly, but if you create images of each slide, you can either do an image gallery slide show and set it to change every few seconds OR you can use Tabs, which provides a very similar effect. (among other great features like being mobile responsive, drop down menus, and just being a more updated tool in general!)
