Buggy image links in Social Media

We routinely raise awareness to our website's pages (each vendor / client has their own page) via social media, by simply copying and pasting the URL into the blurb about their services - quick and easy stuff. 

The social media site - Facebook right now - lets us display the photos from the targeted page with the link and webpage description, etc.  Its nothing fancy, and we have done this every summer season.


These pages do change - products come and go, and for whatever reason, when we do this routine, Facebook will show _OLD_ photos that are no longer valid for those clients - which were deleted from their page - rather than the NEW photos that replaced them.

Please advise how to fix this (other than redoing every dang page), or resolve the bug at your end.
