This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled SiteBuilder Plus problem.

When I go to Edit I get this page (above) instead of the Editor I always get. I can't get out of that and cannot edit my existing site today, I did edit it yesterday (one page which I do weekly). When going to my live site I am getting Templates rather than the pages I designed from scratch. What is going on? I see I am not the only one with this issue.

I can't get the sitebuilder to load during the past 18 hours or so and I have tried different computers. At first, from the one internet connection, one computer would load it and the other wouldn't. In the past four hours, I haven't been able to update my website. Any solutions, please?

I have the same problem.  It makes the text so tiny I can't see it and scrambles the items on the page.  The published version looks fine.

Guys and Girls... there does seem to be an ongoing issue in the forum on this topic lately, now this may help or not but most have had success using a different browser. I use Firefox, which appears OK but a lot have had results using IE? worth a try

Have you tried another browser? I am not a tech and have no idea just what's going wrong but its been happening for a week plus and as I mentioned, a lot of builders have found they can access their websites with IE etc. Obviously if you can, than at least you can press on. But its a workaround, not a fix, as it should work across all browsers. Good Luck, Drew one of the tech guys will be along soon I am sure and may have some further advice.

Valerie and Coach, are you both seeing a page similar to the image at the top? If so, please post the site, browser, and date/time you received the page. Then, as Brian suggests, try a different browser. We are continuing to investigate, but that might help you right now.

carlosv, Is it all sites, or just one? Can you try in incognito mode or a private window, depending on your browser?
