blog is creating many many TABS and pages

On New Software

I have a Blog Page and of which I see numerous Tabs of which some are good, others are Not important and may be hurting SEO ...I need to know Please

1. How Can I Edit/ Customize these TABS showing as pages ...I cant seem to do anything with them .... I need to fix these tab pages as they are showing on google....

2. If I cant do anything then Can I DELETE these tabs showing as Pages on google

Are you referring to the list of tags on the right side of the page? You can remove that element from the Blog page on your builder, but it wouldn't do anything about Google seeing those tags.
There are tags you have added to your blog posts, so if you do not want them anymore, you would need to go through your blog posts and remove them.
