Sorry I don't have a step by step guide for blackberry models. The server settings below will apply to all common email clients. If you need specific instructions for a Blackberry device follow this link: http://us.blackberry.com/support/apps...
For IMAP
Username = Email Address
Password = your email password
Incoming server = imap.homestead.com
Outgoing server = smtp.homestead.com
Incoming port = 143
Outgoing port = 587
Encryption/SSL = Off
For POP
Username = Email Address
Password = your email password
Incoming server = pop.homestead.com
Outgoing server = smtp.homestead.com
Incoming port = 110
Outgoing port = 587
Encryption/SSL = Off

You'll need to use either the POP, or IMAP settings above but if you nee specific instructions use the link above to visit Blackberry's site as they have a large number of models and devices which vary.

Our servers are compliant with IMAP and POP# clients. These are the settings. If you want to connect with Blackberry, then the client software must be able to use these settings. What issue are you having?
