I just reviewed my billing history and it shows that you have been over-billing me for platinum website service for years. I do not have a website through you and was unaware of this billing. Please discontinue such activity and reimburse me for past charges. I am to pay you only for my domain name Jennymarshall.org and that is the only item I have authorized you to charge for......Thank you, Jenny Marshall

I am not sure what you are referring to, the account for that domain had the platinum package changed to domain hosting only on 4/27/2009.
