I'm trying to get my website up and running, I've updated my card and still the money hasn't been taken out. Also my billing date is not until December in which there was no need for my account to be suspended but I changed the my card anyway. What's taking so long to update the info and who can I contact in person to fix this matter.

Your account is attempting to bill because you added ecommerce to your account after the last billing. This is what is due on your account. The account will automatically try to bill again.
