Bigcommerce Transition Problems

Since our storefront has transitioned to BigCommerce, some of our product pictures are no longer visable. Instead of the picture, there is either small a red x or a blue circle with a slash through it. Why is this? Also, some of the search terms we associated with certain products will no longer work. Help! Our customers are not happy with accessability of the new storefront!

Hi Linda... I clicked around the new site, but all the images I saw were working fine. Can you tell me what category/products images are not working?

I have already contacted customer support through online chat. The problem is due to the file type not transferring properly from ProStores to Bigcommerce. According to them, I will have to manually change the pictures in the Pure Herbs category.
