Bigcommerce is blocking my email.

I launched my website 2 days ago. I found out since then that Bigcommerce has temporarily blocked my incoming emails that are through Homestead. I was told from Homestead that it would take 24 - 48 hours for the email service to work again. It has been over 48 hours. I haven't received an email in since Thursday morning. Bigcommerce tech support won't help and Homestead tech support is closed for a long Labor Day weekend. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We are only closed on Monday. I'm here all weekend. I am still showing that you have an MX record for both Homestead and Bigcommerce. MX records control the path of the mail service. The Bigcommerce one must be seen first. Please log in to the Bigcommerce store manager and go to the DNS settings. Remove the MX record that refers to mail1.bigcommerce.com. I am not able to see all records on the public search, but that one could definitely be causing the problem

Sent a test mail to myself from my personal account and it went through just fine.  Now to send a mass email out to my wholesale accounts (all my wholesale accounts order through email) and let them know I am still alive and kicking!

Glad to hear it. There could still be some propagation issues with slower DNS servers, but you should be ok from here on. And remember, we're here 7 days a week.
