Automatic Update Message not working

I changed the message on the email update message and it did not work. It still shows the old message. Please help. Thanks.

Homestead guys are not n the forum at weekends. I am not sure I understand where / what the email update message is? If its a thank you page on your website try tapping F5 to reresh the page to show updates, if not that then you could explain it a bit more or try 800-710-1998 customer service.

Louise6777, Do you mean the auto responder? It can take a few hours for the Homestead account to propagate those changes to the email system. Is it still not changed? If so, can you tell us what email address and what the message should be? If it is not the auto responder, can you tell us what it is?
