There are no issues with our email service. What email address are you using? I will look into your problem.

That mailbox is full, you will need to log into the server here https://www.homestead.com/~site/Login/index.ffhtml and delete any unused or unwanted emails to clear up some space or upgrade the storage for that email. This will resolve the issue of not receiving.
