arrows on the image galleries and more

There is a set of arrows on either side of one of my image galleries. How do I add arrows to all of the galleries? No idea how they got there but it's a great feature. Also what is the difference between live feed galleries? Please keep me updated.

If you click on the image gallery, there will be a menu. There are two icons. One that looks like dots and one that looks like arrows. These are the two navigation options available
