My organization has been archiving their past web pages since 2012. I believe this is slowing down our site. There are numerous photos and files. What's your opinion of this?

Hello there,

If you are archiving the site by saving them as pages, then this would absolutely be slowing down your site. Saving the files and images you aren't currently using would as well. Basically, Homestead isn't designed to be used as storage because it slows down the server. We recommend that you keep your file manager clean with only the files and images you need on your published site.
