Some customers are reporting that they are receiving a “500 – Internal
Server Error” on their website’s Contact and Payment forms. This error
will also show after publishing.  The page will be published.  We are
aware of the issue and are working to resolve the issue.

it resolved for a day, and it's back again!  Really annoying in the middle of editing. Getting ready to scream.

mine is trying to publish.  You can login, upload 1 page, get the error, then you have to log out and in again to do another page.  my error is 500 internal server error.  it's taken all day to do a few pages.  Just editing and uploading pages for me.

As of 2:45pm MST this should be resolved.  I have checked a few sites and everything seems to be working now.  If you see this error, please clear your browsing history.  If it persists, please let us know.

Where are you seeing this error?  I look at all you sites and did not see the error.  Please clear your browsing history and look again.  This issue was resolved yesterday, but it is possible that a re-occurrence has happened, but I am not seeing it on any sites.

I am unable to receive emails through my Contact Us button.  This started yesterday and today the following message comes us with the Contact Us button:

500 - Internal server
error.

i am still not able to locate my website on the internet. I have had several people to contact me that they are not able to connect to my website on the internet. Your information says the issue has been resolved, but clearly it hasnt. It is 7:50pm eastern time

There are several people reporting this error as still occurring.  So far, we have not been able to duplicate it on any of your sites.  If you see this error, please clear your browsing history and try again.  If you see the error again, then please post exactly what you were doing to get the error.  Directions for clearing the browser can be found here.

Me too.  From the system side, we have not seen this error since yesterday, so I believe it was a cache issue.

Jacque Mays,   You'll have to use a desktop computer PC (or Mac w/SiteBuilder Plus).  The software is not designed to work with tablets at this time.

But before I do decided leave my site alone 24 hours give servers time update incase ever need do restore point. I have edit my site added pages stuff everyday since started
