Appears one of our mailboxes is not receiving/accepting emails. What is solution?

500 mb used in mail box.  How do we 'clear' mb useage to make more room as 'temporary' fix?

You need to log into the Webmail program and delete some messages. You will need to empty the trash as well. We do have mail space upgrades available as well.

do no know procedure to log into the Webmail program. Advise tutorial location for same.
