Discovered today that one of my business associates who has AOL account is not receiving my emails (I sent same email twice to no avail). To my knowledge, no other send / receive issues with any other accounts other than AOL. Please advise.
I see 4 to the same aol address in the last week. The logs show all were delivered to the AOL servers. I am not able to see what they do with it, but we are delivering it. It appears that the AOL server is blocking your messages at the server level. Your recipient would have better luck finding out the exact reason by checking with them.
