Anyone have any idea when they email issues will be straightened out?

The other day I contacted support about duplicate emails, today my clients are not getting emails from me.  I can not do business this way!!!  Ever since October of last year, I have had issue after issue with the email and don't get me started on the website.  I don't even update the website anymore because it was becoming such a challenge.  It's time to take my business elsewhere, however that is so much work that I have no time  for this...I am so very frustrated!  I contact customer service and who I get doesn't understand what I am talking about probably because they don't speak fluent English!

I started getting duplicate emails yesterday too. Today, I cannot access email at all! Pleas fix this!

I agree with you all. This has to get straightened out.  We pay a monthly fee for service and expect good service without having an issue.  Often we don't even notice the problem for a day, which can be very costly.  Homestead you have to start getting ALL email issues fixed.

Sorry for the lingering email issues. We are still seeing the affects of the DDoS attack.  You can follow the status of this on the Updates page here: October 14, 2014 - Email performance issues.

Unfortunately this type of techincal issue can be difficult and time consuming to resolve. If you are not familiar with a DDoS attack you can learn more about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denial-of-service_attack

This unfortunately isn't the first and only time for Email issues.  You all can continue to blame it on a DDoS attack but we have had Repeated email issues through Homestead.  Often it correlates with you all updating something.  This HAS to stop in order to successfully run a business.  Like the other poster noted, it is costly and time consuming to change websites and email addresses.  However should this keep happening where our emails are not forwarded to our accounts, we will have to start looking into other options.

Lisa0305,  I realize this is frustrating for all of you. I can assure you that our team is doing everything possible.  DDoS attacks can be very hard to stop for any organization. If you are not familiar with what a DDoS attack is, here are a couple good sites that explain how they work and why they are hard to stop.
