Anyone have any idea when they email issues will be straightened out?

The other day I contacted support about duplicate emails, today my clients are not getting emails from me.  I can not do business this way!!!  Ever since October of last year, I have had issue after issue with the email and don't get me started on the website.  I don't even update the website anymore because it was becoming such a challenge.  It's time to take my business elsewhere, however that is so much work that I have no time  for this...I am so very frustrated!  I contact customer service and who I get doesn't understand what I am talking about probably because they don't speak fluent English!

Sorry for the lingering email issues. We are still seeing the affects of the DDoS attack.  You can follow the status of this on the Updates page here: October 14, 2014 - Email performance issues.
