Anyone get their Google standing back after re-doing website with new website builder?

Since re-doing the website with new (and improved???) website builder and having the domain point to this new site, my Google standings have plummeted! I've used some Google webmaster tools and the critical thing with Google on my website is that Google says my mobile page is taking too long to load. It wants me to eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content. I know that mobile sites that take too long to load are downgraded in search. Its so frustrating because worked over a year bringing the website standings up to where they were almost always on the first page and oftentimes 2nd and 3rd one down. Now I'm hard-pressed to find it anywhere. It used to be if you typed in "hay for sale" our site would come up. Now it is nowhere to be found, although if I type it in directly it will show. Those of you who have had their new sites up for a while, did you notice that your Google standing rose back up as well? I'm not sure if I'm too impatient or if Homestead needs to fix this ASAP.
