In your Bigcommerce control panel select Marketing then Email Marketing.
We recommend that you integrate with a third party listed here. If you choose not to, you must manually export subscribers.Linking to Third Parties

Control how a subscription is handled when a customer places and order. You may choose to subscribe all orders, or orders from a particular category, brand or product, or a combination of all options.
Adding, deleting and copying rules is accomplished by clicking on the three buttons next each rule.Mapping Fields
1. Choose the customer field on the left and your provider field on the right.
2. Repeat for all desired fields.
