ALL my sites are DOWN again! This is costing me a great deal of money. How can this be allowed to happen?

ALL my sites are DOWN AGAIN. This is costing me a great deal of money. How can this be allowed to happen so often?

I can't even log on to the Homestead site. It appears that they're site is down also and so is mine! Something crashed.

Who handles your domain registration? Review your account summary. If Homestead handles your domain registration, they'll be charging you a monthly fee. If it's registered with another vendor, perhaps your renewal email wasn't received. This may happen in such cases where you've changed your email address but did not inform your domain registration company.

Nothing to do with any of that.

Its the Homestead Servers are down again for "system updates":

In the meantime my business cannot function and I am losing customers!

Hi - I'm in the UK and having the same problem. This is stupidity from Homestead who clearly have no consideration for international customers. This has gone down at the start of our business day - it is 10am - I have had customers contacting me via Facebook saying our website is down - and Homestead are saying there is no time for the system update being finished/ going back online. WTF. How is this acceptable in this modern age?!! It's not the early days of web. I pay a lot of money for Homestead and this level of non-service is unbelieveable, even from Homestead, whose customer service for international customers is a nightmare to be avoided at the best of times... I would love an answer but I doubt we'll get one.

The scary thing is, the monitor keeps going up and down in every few minutes now.

Even when it is up, it takes 2 mins to load...I will speed up the moving process to the new servers. I just feel bad to the Customers who stays and relies on Homestead.

Got up this morning to messages from customers that our website has been down all night too. Our website is our lifeline to customers and repeated outages like this are unacceptable.

I completely agree. Mine is just up and down at the moment and has been for at least an hour now.
It's just so awful how little customer service is given for the money paid!!!

You look under system status, and it tells us nothing.  They really have no idea how to communicate with their customers.
