I am the only one that has access to this account and I did not make changes. It seems to me that you made changes to the site? or form platform? or software update? It would have been appreciated to have been notified ahead of time that these changes were going to be made. Do you have some assistance pages or information that you can direct me to for these changes.

Some of the form answers do not make sense from the inquiries that we have received through the forms. I am unable to find where to update or make changes to the form answers so that we will be able to understand the options that they are choosing show up correctly. Please help ASAP as reservations are continuing to come in.

Also when I logged in it asked me if i wanted to download published images or keep local copy. I was upset to find the all the local copies were missing and would come up with 500 Errors. It was a good thing that I had checked.

Again I would have appreciated advanced notice of what was happening, and information on what/how to's do to prepare or adjust for changes after.

HI stephanie, that all sounds rather odd to me. Obviously Homestead have access but I doubt they would have made changes, unless a planned update has affected your site. Just logged into my account and checked my sites, all appears OK. Hopefully tech guys will be in soon and can assist.

We changed only the format of the email you receive, to place tables to improve readability. If you are still seeing an issue, can you tell us which page and show the results of what you received?

I  absolutely love the new emailed format for forms.  It's so much easier to read and work off of.   A+

How it looks in the editor:

How it is received in email form:
The whole text for the choice selected is not coming through as you can see in the "20" in the Marina Type Menu sample below:

Yes. So far the apostrophe seems to be the only issue. We will continue to look at the issue
